SEO GEO Scan is the free, automated tier of the SEO and GEO service run by Growthr, an embedded growth agency based in San Francisco.
It exists because the two halves of search are graded by different machinery. Google ranks pages; AI answer engines quote them. In August 2026 Growthr's own site loaded perfectly in every browser and still scored 5 out of 100 on an agent-readiness audit, blocked by a bot wall, a caching bug, and an origin throttle that no browser test could see. One day of fixes later it scored 100, and the diagnostic became this product.
The scan runs 22 weighted checks from a Cloudflare datacenter across two lenses. The GEO lens: reachability for browser, GPTBot, and ClaudeBot user agents, server-rendered content, strict JSON-LD and Organization schema, robots.txt access for AI crawlers, llms.txt and an in-page link to it, sitemap.xml, honest 404s, markdown content negotiation, trust pages, and speed. The SEO lens: title and description quality, single h1, accidental noindex, viewport, image alt coverage, and favicon.
It reads about a dozen public URLs once per scan, writes nothing, stores nothing about you, and requires no signup. The lighter agent-only variant runs at willaiseeme.com, and the human version is Growthr's $499 audit, credited toward implementation.
